1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Successful Minds Limited.

"Customer" refers to the purchaser of any product(s) from the Company.

"Goods" means the beauty and/or medical devices and equipment supplied by the Company.

2. Business-to-Business Sale
All purchases made through this website or via phone, email, or finance provider are strictly classified as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. This applies regardless of the method of payment, including but not limited to:

Personal bank card

Business account

Finance agreement

Personal loans

As such, standard consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.

3. Product Information
All devices sold by Successful Minds Limited are intended for professional use only. Customers must ensure that they (or the end user) have received appropriate and accredited training prior to use. The Company accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper or untrained use.

4. Made-to-Order Policy
Most of our equipment is manufactured to order. By placing an order, the Customer confirms they understand and agree to the following:

Lead time for delivery is typically between 10–30 working days, depending on the device.

No cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once an order has been confirmed, as all devices are customised and made-to-order.

If an item is faulty, the Customer must follow the process outlined in Section 7.

5. Delivery, Inspection, Returns
Successful Minds Limited thoroughly checks and tests all devices before they are shipped; however, similar to all electronic products, problems can still occur during shipping and handling. It is your responsibility to check for any cosmetic damages before accepting your product from the courier. Please do not accept if there are any damages as we cannot be held responsible for this. Please note, we are also not responsible for any damage that may occur during the transit of your device, especially if the device is being used mobile or being taken to different clinics.

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Customers must inspect all Goods within 3 days of receipt.

Any issues or damages must be reported in writing to hello@visageprofessional.co.uk within this 3-day window.

After this period, the Goods will be deemed accepted, and no further claims for transit damage can be made.

No cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once an order has been confirmed, as all devices are customised and made-to-order.

6. Warranty
All devices come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear

Misuse or user error

Devices used without adequate professional training

Consumables or accessories

Any costs associated with returning the item for inspection or repair (Customer is responsible for postage both ways)

Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

7. Faults and Repairs
In the rare event of a fault:

Please contact our support team within the warranty period.

Devices will be inspected within 7 working days of receipt, and, if eligible, repaired or replaced at the Company's discretion.

The Company will not be held liable for any loss of earnings, business interruption, or consequential losses resulting from a device fault or repair period.

8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or indirect/consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of any equipment supplied.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they and their staff are qualified and trained in the safe and lawful use of any device.

The Company shall not be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, insurance policies, or regulatory requirements.

9. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Full payment or finance approval is required before an order can be processed.

Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved finance providers.

10. Intellectual Property
All product descriptions, images, logos, and branding on this website or in related marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Successful Minds Limited and must not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Warranty

1. Overview
At Successful Minds Limited, we take pride in the quality of our professional-grade beauty and medical equipment. All devices purchased directly from us or through authorised partners come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and condition, so long as the device has been used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and by an appropriately trained and qualified individual. It does not cover misuse, damage due to improper handling, or unauthorised repairs.

2. What’s Covered
The warranty includes:

Manufacturer defects in electrical or mechanical components

Manufacturing faults that affect device function

Replacement of faulty parts or devices, at the Company’s discretion

Technical support throughout the warranty period

3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:

General wear and tear, cosmetic damage or scratches

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or use without appropriate training

Devices that have been modified, opened, or repaired by unauthorised personnel

Consumables or accessories (including heads, nozzles, cartridges, batteries, deterioration of batteries etc.)

Shipping costs associated with return or repair

Damage caused by power surges, fires, accidental damage, liquid contact, or improper storage

Delays in use, business loss, or lost income during downtime

Loan device

4. Customer Responsibilities
The device must be used by a qualified professional with appropriate and accredited training

The Customer must inspect the device within 3 days of delivery and report any visible defects or transit damage

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and serial number must be provided for all warranty claims

5. Returns & Repairs Process
If a warranty issue arises:

Contact our support team via email to initiate a warranty assessment

If eligible, the Customer will be asked to return the device or affected part for inspection

The Company will assess whether the fault is covered under warranty

If approved, we will repair or replace the faulty component/device

All postage and transportation costs are the Customer’s responsibility (both to and from the Company or its service centre)

6. Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Successful Minds Limited be held liable for:

Loss of business, income, or earnings

Treatment outcomes or client reactions

Downtime, cancellations, or missed appointments during repair or return periods

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

7. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes arising in connection with this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
